He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Boone; his parents, Curtis Sr. Boone and Willie Mae Boone; his sister Christine Stotzer; his siblings-in-law, Bob Stotzer, Jeannie Boone, Cindy Akers, Kathy May and Roy May; his niece Keeley Boone; and his grandson Avery King.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Boone (Kristi) of Durant, Oklahoma and Sabrina King (Roy) of Moore, Oklahoma; his siblings, Curtiss Boone Jr. (Brenda) of Calera, Oklahoma, Earl Boone of Mead, Oklahoma, Janette O'Connell of Mustang, Oklahoma and Delores White of Deer Park, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Kelsie Jackson (Dalton), Balie Hadley (Cody), Jessica Goode (Cage Ellison), Christie Powell (Terrance Buford) and Nicholas King. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
