He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Carpenter and Rebecca Carpenter (Raby); his wife Mildred Carpenter; and his sister Jenene Mulford. He is survived by: his daughter Donna; his son-in-law Edward Butcher; his grandchildren, Lisa Shanks (Corey), Justin Butcher (Jena), Evie Reid (Cory) and Alexandra Murphy (Christopher); and his great grandchildren, Jesi Shanks, Wesley Butcher and Killian Murphy.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Burial Park (6001 NW Grand Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73118).
