It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Ann Coleman of Warr Acres, Oklahoma, born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 2, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Lowman and Jane Lowman. She is survived by : her husband Bill Coleman; her children, Christina Ruth and William Axel; her siblings, Dave Lowman and Donna Green; and her close friend Pretty Little Kitty. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
