She is survived by: her sister Bernice Lockhart of Oklahoma City; her sons, Billy Mack Blalock Jr. (Debbie Blalock) of Edmond and John Anderson Blalock (Sonja Blalock) of Edmond; her grandchildren, Benjamin Spear, Alan, Katie Spear, Robert, Amber Eichler, Tiffany, Jared Rhodes, Christy, Brian Newton, Nick Blalock, Billy, Victoria Blalock and Kaitlyn Blalock; her great grandchildren, Peyton, Paisley Eichler, Ethan, Tinley Rhodes, Brayden (Karli Braley), Bryson Blalock, River Blalock, Andru, Penelope Blalock, Elizabeth, Eric Newton, Tyler, Lilly Spear, Donovan, Gabriella and Sierra; and her nephews, Jimbo Taylor (Brooke Taylor), Brice Taylor (Caroline Taylor), Brian Lockhart, Darin Lockhart (Robin Lockhart) and Chris Lockhart (Amy Lockhart).
