He was predeceased by: his parents, Parks George Kennedy and Bernice Kennedy (Edwards); and his brothers, Bobby Ray Kennedy and Billy Junior Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kennedy; his children, Charles Kennedy Jr. (Shannon) of Washington and Karen Michelle Kennedy of Washington; his sisters, Peggy Gilley of Lexington and Carolin Kennedy of Norman; his grandchildren, Chris Tyler, Cody Kennedy, Jaycee Elmo and Dustin Martin; and his great grandchildren, Kingston Peters, Claire Tyler, Titus Tyler, Caden Kennedy and Vivienne Elmo.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Washington Cemetery (23100 Eastern Ave, Washington, OK 73093).
