He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hendrix of Goldsby; his children, Travis (Rebekah Hendrix) of Washington and Angela (Terry Summers) of Ada; his grandchildren, Alexia (Logan Clemence) of Washington, Maggie Summers of Ada, Luke Hendrix of Washington and Ella Summers of Ada; and his siblings, Birk Hendrix of Bowie, TX, Carl (Vanessa Hendrix) of Norman, Carolyn Hendrix of Goldsby and Julie Kelly of Norman. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Washington Public Schools.
