She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Matli and Mabel Matli; her husband Richard T. Cox; and her siblings, J. L. Matli and Mary Ann Matli.

She is survived by: her children, Dr. Karen Haymaker of Hennessey, OK, Drs and Judee; and her son-in-law Ron Dysart of Tulsa, OK. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
