He was predeceased by: his father Don Elmer Chilton; and his grandparents, Pat, Marti Rutherford, Hank and Naomi Chilton.
He is survived by: his wife Irma Chilton of Watson, Oklahoma; his children, Gabriel Chilton of Watson, Oklahoma and Naomi Chilton of Watson, Oklahoma; his siblings, Deanna Chilton Turner of Sherman, Texas and Christopher Rutherford of Pottsboro, Texas; and his mother Linda Rutherford Boyce. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
