She is survived by: her children, Kenneth E. Butler of Mena, Danny Butler (Teri) of Watson, Andy Butler of Hatton, William Butler of Hatfield, Arkansas and Tammy Payne (James) of Oark, Arkansas; and her brother Donald Blake (LaDonna) of Smithville, Oklahoma. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
