He is survived by: his mother Alla Fae Webb; his wife Liz; his daughter Rachel; his son-in-law Chris Tuttle; his son Ray Webb; his grandchildren, Jake and Kate Tuttle; and his siblings, Bev, John Parker, Todd, Mima Webb, Cal and Mosey Webb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Watson Cemetery.
