He is survived by: his mother Jill Hibbard Lewis; his sister Kelsey (Chance); his grandparents, Joyetta Smith, Charlie Hibbard (Tamara), Tracy Dillard and Jimmy "Porky" David Lewis (Carmen); his aunts, Brandi Preston (Mook) and Maci Pettit (Terran); and his cousins, Makobi Preston, Rayke, Rayne and Thunder Pettit.
