He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Pauline (Turner) and Eldon James Proctor, Sr. (EJ); and his wife Carlyn. He is survived by: his children, Kyle Proctor, James Dunn, Marilyn Gatewood and Glynda McBride (Glen); his brother Don Proctor (Anne); his grandchildren, Troy (Akaylah), Erica (Jacob), Taylor (Clara), Cameron, Sandra, Deana and Jennifer; his niece Alysia Attebery (Justin); and his nephews, Scott Proctor and Bret Proctor. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
