He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emmerson Paul Black and Wanda Lorene Collum; his sisters, Sharon Ann McKay and Paula Lorene Riddle; his child Parks Dept; his spouse Gail Lynn Bennett; his children, Lynsi Graham Rhodes and Taylor Emmerson Black; his son-in-law Ryan Rhodes; and his grandchildren, Max, Theo and Nora Rhodes. He was also cherished by his family including cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
