He is survived by : his wife Mary Womack (Coats); his daughters, Jennifer Womack, Dot Terrill (Rusty) of Noble, Carolyn Campbell (Carl) of Wayne and Hillary; and his brother David Womack (Kris) of Oklahoma City.
