He is survived by : his wife Rena Mantooth; his sons, Berry Mantooth (Tanya) of Wayne and Chad Mantooth of Purcell; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Joseph, Justin, Ashley and Katie; his nieces, Kim Cline (Aaron) of Norman, Teresa Piazza of Wayne, Adrianne Wall of Purcell and Denise Nash of Noble; and his nephew Shawn Spencer of Wayne.
