He was predeceased by: his father Jose Hernandez. He is survived by: his mother Anastasia "Tasha" Hernandez (Vasquez) of Waynoka; his children, Jordan Hernandez (Joshua) of Bonne Terre, Grant Hernandez (Leah) of Mulvane and Tatum Walden (Derek) of Wichita, Kansas; his grandchildren, Hailey, Hayden, Leo, Bella, Olivia, Ezra, Willow, Juno, Talim, Florence, Juliana, Zen and Baby Walden; and his sisters, Mary Allan (Rick) of Tonkawa, Olga Miller (Donnie) of Aurora, Juanita Tatro of Winfield, Anita Jenkinson (Phil) of Owasso and Patricia Endsley (Lynn) of McKinney, Texas. He is also survived by 7 nephews and 6 nieces; and other relatives and friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church (280 Main St, Waynoka, OK 73860). A reception will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 at the Waynoka Municipal Cemetery.
