She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Joseph and Margaret Windecker (Neff); her husband Roger Nelson Perkins; and her siblings, Bill, Terry Windecker and Joyce Wright.
She is survived by: her children, David Williamson (Kim) of Oklahoma City, Jon Perkins (Yalonda) of Ben Wheeler, Texas and Shelli Jent (James) of Owasso, Oklahoma. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; several nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
