It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Leta Penner of Weatherford, Oklahoma, born in Clinton, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Crow and Gertie Gladys Whilkins (Hill); her daughter Donita Smith; and her grandson Shawn Minton. She is survived by: her husband Garry Penner; her daughter Connie Minton; her son-in-law Harold Smith; and her grandchildren, Mitchell Miller, Crystall Smith, Nicholas Smith, Amber Minton and Ricky Minton. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
