She was predeceased by : her parents, John Earnest Allen and Esther Iva Thompson (Womack); her spouse Jerry Meier; her siblings, Charles and Carole; her children, Vickie and Nickie; and her grandson Ben.

She is survived by : her daughter Sheila Lindsey of Weatherford; her stepdaughter Shelli Herd of Oklahoma City; and her brother Marvin Allen (Terry) of Albuquerque, NM. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
