With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harvey Jay Penner of Weatherford, Oklahoma, born in OKeene, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 4, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry B. Penner and Carrie Penner (Wahl); and his brothers, Marion and Wayman. He is survived by : his wife Kaylin Bergman; his children, Hal Penner (Geneva) of Weatherford, Jan Dewbre (Ross) of Oklahoma City and Kaysa Pierce (Matt) of New Braunfels, Texas; his sister Maralea Kliewer of Corn; and his grandchildren, Holtan Pierce (Suzanne), Kelsey Dewbre, Trevor Pierce (Haven), Halle Clayton (Dakota), Jamie Dewbre and Harrison Penner.
