He is survived by: his wife Linda Sullivan; his sons, Jason Sullivan and Kelly Sullivan (Shannon); his grandchildren, Jay Wyatt Sullivan and Beth Anne Sullivan; his siblings, Roxana Hamilton and Lewis Olson (Christy); and his nieces and nephews, Angie Cheney, Amanda Haynes, James Haynes, Pike Olson and Ben Ballard.
