She was predeceased by: her father Ralph Leroy Young; and her stepfather John Studier. She is survived by: her mother Lynne Maxine Young-Studier (Reeder) of Weatherford; her children, Jeff and Kelley Short of Weatherford; her grandchildren, Lynne and Kade Yoder; her children, Tiffany Dyson (Matt), Stephen Short of Web City, MO and Sarah Burchett (Eric); her grandson Carson of Hinton; her sisters, Kristi Murphy (Richard) and Keri Jackson (Robert); and her caregiver Kim.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kim's name to the SWOSU School of Nursing.
