He was predeceased by: his parents, Ova Jack Garmon (Foster) and E. F. Garmon; his wife Joanna Garmon; and his brothers, Otis Garmon and Lonnie Garmon.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Garmon of Watonga, OK, Courtney Goucher and Enid; and his siblings, Tish Freeman (Marvin) of Edmond, OK. and Bob Garmon of Weatherford, OK.
