He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Elizabeth Perkins (Handlin) and Cecil Perkins; and his siblings, Joyce, Elaine, Kay, Jan and Cecil.

He is survived by : his wife Alice Perkins; and his children, Shelli Jent (James) of Owasso, David Williamson (Kim) of Oklahoma City and Jon Perkins (Yalonda) of Ben Wheeler, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; several nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
