He is survived by: his children, Jayson (Josette Smith) of Bradenton, FL and Weena Ruth McKenzie of Yuma, AZ; his grandson Christopher Brent Maddox; and his wife Joan Mae Duplisea.
After NSU, Norbert worked for a time at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.
