He was predeceased by: his parents, John Millspaugh and Boothe Millspaugh (Charlton). He is survived by: his wife Rose Millspaugh (Tye); his daughter Leslie Millspaugh (Billy Joe Lowe) of Cambridge, Maryland; his stepsons, James L. Forke (Michael Eustis) of Santa Fe and Paul Lambert (Natalie) of Livingston, Texas; his sister Dr. Johnna Roberts (Greg Atkinson) of Omaha, Nebraska; his granddaughter Amanda Sutphin of Maryland; his great grandchildren, Eric, Alise, Brycen Green of Maryland and Blane Lambert of Livingston, Texas; his niece Ashley Montgomery (Justin) of Shawnee; his great-niece Harper Montgomery; and his cousins, Gary Millspaugh of Weatherford, OK, Julie Carruth (Andy) of Weatherford, OK, John Millspaugh (Dinese) of Weatherford, OK, Linda Taylor of Yukon, OK, Linda Manning of Yukon, OK and Debbie Larrison (Ron) of McCloud, OK.
