He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Noe and Rachel Noe; and his granddaughter Ember Sallee. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Youngblood); his children, Cris Noe (Nicole) of Talahina, OK, Emily Murch (William) of Gore, OK, Gary Dalton Noe and Shyla Rader of Fort Smith, AR; and his brothers, Jack Noe of Salinas and Larry Noe of Fayetteville, Arkansas.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
