He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Roy and Edna Duty Rutledge; his wives, Frances Hamrick Rutledge and Lillian "Lynn" Coram Rutledge; his uncle Jay; his aunt Marilyn Rutledge; his siblings, Kenneth Rutledge, Roy Rutledge and Hazel; and his brother-in-law Bob Kelley.

He is survived by : his daughter Brandi; his son-in-law Jamie Bearden of Ranger, GA; his son Larry Lincoln of Welch, OK; his grandchildren, Jacob, Candice Lincoln, Tiffany Lincoln and Hunter Bearden; his great grandchildren, Lillian and Theodore Lincoln; his brother Gary; his sister-in-law Dorothy Rutledge of Fall Brook, CA; his sister Bobbie Speciale of Wichita, KS; his uncle Jerry; and his aunt Mary Rutledge of Welch, OK. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many cousins.
