He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Burnside-Cox and Mary Burnside-Cox (Welch); his grandfather Joe; and his grandson Justin Tyler Berry. He is survived by: his wife Diane Hale of Roff, OK; his daughters, Shanna Earp and Sandi Martin (Jason) of Afton; his grandchildren, Macee Langley, Josie Chrz (Kolby), Abigail Woods, Jaycie Martin, Ty (Megan), Taryn, Acen Earp and Hayes Earp; his great grandchildren, Jasper, Brynlee Langley, Dallee Parrish, Kolbie Tylin, Lindie, Jennings Chrz and Hayes Earp; and his siblings, Ruth Ann Branam and Roy Cox.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the Welch Christian Church.
