He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Wallace and Anita Hicks (Frakes). He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Wallace, Jr. of Pittsburg, KS and Tony Wallace of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by 2 siblings; 18 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
