He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Neil and Nadine Neil (Wilkins); his wife Patricia Parker; and his siblings, Merle Neil, Jr., Twyla Lathrop and Debbie Nichols.
He is survived by: his children, Rob Neil of Miami, OK, Diana Snow (Dave) of Tulsa, OK and Denice Neil of Oklahoma City; and his brother Greg Neil of Claremore, OK. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
