We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2025, at the age of 60, Patricia Jo Loggins of Weleetka, Oklahoma, born in Chickasha, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Hughey and Loretta Hughey (Cross); and her husband Winfred Loggins. She is survived by: her sons, Waylon Neal (Sarah) of Weleetka, Steven Neal (Amanda) of Ada, Calvin Neal (April) of Ada and Toby Neal (Leslie) of Konawa; her stepdaughter Jessica Loggins of Weleetka; and her siblings, Eddie Brooks of Oklahoma City, Wayne Brooks of Konawa, Robert Hughey of North Carolina, Donnetta Smith (Korky) of Okemah, Janet Shadinger (Dan) of Roff, Debbie Hughey of Shawnee and Carolyn Scott of Moore. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
