He is survived by: his wife Brenda Taylor; his children, Lindsay Nelson (Rusty) and Charlie Nelson; his siblings, Cheryl Hasty (Terry), Donna Harders (Tom) and Chris Nelson; and his stepchildren, Lonnie Poteet (Kayla), Jimmy Poteet, Allan Smith, Andrew Smith and Cindy Taylor (Brandon). He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
