She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Stein and Dora Stein (White); her husband Eugene Mullendore; her sons, Brian Scott Mullendore, Darrell Mullendore and Rickie Mullendore; and her siblings, Alice Marie, Larry Stein and Willa Powell.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Michael Mullendore and Chad Mullendore; her sister Wanda Guthrie of Texas; and her daughter-in-law Gerri Mullendore of Choctaw. She is also survived by grandchildren; (4) great-grandchildren along with other family and friends.
