He was predeceased by: his parents, JW Baker and Almeda Lee; and his sisters, Charlotte Butler and Brenda Baker. He is survived by: his children, Teri Clark (Baker) and Jay Baker; his wife Sandy Keith; his grandchildren, Dylan Clark (Autumn) and Trinity Clark; his great grandchild Hunter; and his sibling's children, James Smith, Charles Smith, Michael Thompson and Stephanie Pittser.
