With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Skipper of Westville, Oklahoma, born in Brownwood, Texas, who passed away on September 16, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Lee Skipper and Nellie McCord Skipper; his son Bart Lee Skipper; and his brother Ned Skipper. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Skipper; his children, Blaine Atchley of Westville, Brittni Arnold (Cory) of Fairland and Brian Atchley (Jennifer) of Lincoln, Arkansas; and his niece Debbie Harrell. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
