He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Ballard and Lucinda Stanley; and his grandmother Sinthia Christie. He is survived by: his wife Donna; and his children, Dana Nickens (Tim), Bobby Ballard (Jean) and Christie Ballard.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Calendar Roberts & Hart Funeral Home (1428 Williams Ave, Westville, OK 74965). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar Barber Cemetery.
