He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Janis Sellers and Alvin Hart; and his brother Kaston Hall. He is survived by: his parents, Todd Blondell (Kim) of Macon, Georgia and Cathy Blondell (Hart) of McDonough, Georgia; his husband Lane Chandler; his parents-in-law, Connie and Kevin Chandler; his siblings, David Blondell (Lisa) of McDonough, Georgia, Aaron Blondell (Richelle) of St. Augustine, Florida, Corey Burke of Goose Creek, Cayton Blondell (Casey) of McAlester, Oklahoma, Jill Halbach of Joplin and Darby Hathaway of Byron, Georgia; and his sisters-in-law, Laci Purscelley (Coy) of Tahlequah, Oklahoma and Brina Thomas (Hunter) of Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He is also survived by one uncle; and numerous aunts, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Johnny requested that memorial donations be made to the Humane Society of Cherokee County. Donations may be made on their website or left at the Roberts & Hart Funeral Home.
