He is survived by: his son Cody Mackey (Sara) of Garden City, Missouri; his grandchildren, Kallie Marie Mackey, Ivy Grace Mackey, Braxton Smith and Weston Smith; his siblings, Diana Walters of Bonanza, Laura Lee of Westville, Tracy Lee of Siloam Springs, Arkansas and Frank Lee (Belva) of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; and his close friend Cowboy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
