He is survived by: his son Tony W. Pack (Jan); his granddaughters, Jayme Pack Montgomery (Ty), Taylor Pack Storkson (Travis), Molly Edwards (Nathaniel) and Sydney Meza (Jacob); and his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Reagan, Cami, Madison, Tylan of Enri, J. J. and Vaughn. He is also survived by many nieces nephews, other relatives and friends.
