Jay David Wade Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay David Wade (Wetumka, Oklahoma), who passed away on December 1, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jay David Wade to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Wade (Jo Wade) of Tyler; Joyce Wade of Geary, Oklahoma.. He is survived by: his family, Coop, Dogman and Sugar; his significant other Tracy Wade; his children, Teddi White (Russell) and Leo White; his grandson Marshall Wade (Katie) of Olathe, Kansas.; his sister Kelly Wade King (Willy) of Ennis; and his sibling's children, Nick King (Jenn) and Lindsay Horn. He is also survived by five great-nephews, and a great-niece.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Williamson-Spradlin Funeral Home (221 S Main St, Wetumka, OK 74883). The military honors will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at the Hillcrest Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that people make donations to the Cars Helping Veterans organization in Jay's name.
