She was predeceased by: her parents, Zelma Price (Prater) and Curtis Price; her stepsiblings, Carl and Janet; and her grandchildren, Skylar Raeanna and Lacy Lynn.
She is survived by: her husband Russell Welch; her daughters, Staci Lemmons (Jerry), Katie Welch (Brian) and Meagan Biddle (Jonathan); and her grandchildren, Andrew Welch and MaryJo Lemmons. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
