He was predeceased by: his wife Roberta K. Edwards. He is survived by: his parents, Lorain Edwards and Garvin Sloan; his children, Da'Meayre Samuels of Wewoka, OK, Avian Harrison of Seminole, OK, Briah Edwards of LosAngeles, CA and Jalee Edwards of Oklahoma City, OK; his grandchildren, Keelyn and Kaelani; and his siblings, Bryan "Scotty" Edwards (Nicole) of Shawnee, OK and Lisa Jefferson of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Stout-Phillips Chapel (409 S Wewoka Ave, Wewoka, OK 74884). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
