With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann Johnson (Wewoka, Oklahoma), born in Lawrence, Kansas, who passed away on July 6, 2021 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Lewis Taylor; her husband Charles Johnson IV; and her daughter Phoenix Johnson. She is survived by : her mother Ahnawake Hitcher Taylor of Albuquerque; her children, Charles Johnson V and Carly Johnson of Cherokee, NC; her siblings, Sharon Mull of Albuquerque, NM and Steve Taylor (Jennifer) of Red Rock, TX; and her niece Erin Mull of Albuquerque. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
