She is survived by: her children, Debra Hendrix of Wewoka, OK and Bart Smith of Wewoka, OK; her grandchildren, Amie Orr, Jennifer Hale, Leslie Shed, Greg Smith, Brett Smith and Mason Smith; her great grandchildren, Dalton Orr, Austin Orr, Gavin Hale, Weston Shed, Autumn Shed, Molly Smith, Aubrey Smith, Sullivan Smith, Layla Smith and Atticus Smith; her great great grandchild Jack Hale; and her sister Lois Baxter. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
