He is survived by: his children, Justin Thomas (Cami) and Sara Thomas; his brother JD Thomas (Patti); and his cousin Todd Herndon (Donna). He is also survived by extended family, great friends.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Stout-Phillips Funeral Chapel in Wewoka, Oklahoma.
