He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy Wurtz and Pauline Wurtz (Sharp); his children, Richard Wurtz and Sherrie Wurtz; and his sister Shirley Soto.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Brumley (Pat) of Wewoka, OK and Gary Wurtz of Wewoka, OK. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
