She is survived by: her children, James Blackshire Jr. (Cathy) of Wewoka, OK, Angela Blackshire (Roosevelt) of Shawnee, OK, Marketta Carlson (Richard) of Shawnee, OK and Labron Cosby (Quita) of Shawnee, OK; and her siblings, Richard Bruner of Holdenville, OK, Henry Starnes (Sharlene) of Moore, OK, Johnny Starnes (Sharon) of Seminole, OK, Keath Starnes (Beth) of Shawnee, OK, Imogene Bruner (Starnes) of Oklahoma City, OK, Mattie Ruth Booker (Starnes) of Shawnee, OK and Theresa Starnes of Wewoka, OK. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
