He is survived by: his children, Donna Kelley of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Steve Kelley (Phyllis Kelley) of Arapaho, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Greg Kelley (Jeanette Kelley) of Blanchard, Oklahoma, Krista Kelley of The Colony, Texas, Chris Holik (Ki Holik) of Mustang, Oklahoma and Kelley Ice of Moore, Oklahoma.; his great grandchildren, Alexia Barker (Taybor Barnett) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Logan Kelley of Blanchard, Oklahoma, Olivia Kelley of Blanchard, Oklahoma, Clara Kelley of Blanchard, Oklahoma, Calvin Kelley of Blanchard, Oklahoma, Lauren Scott of Moore, Oklahoma and Cooper Holik of Mustang, Oklahoma; his great great grandchild Maverick Barnett (Australian Shepherd) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and his pet Ozzy. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
