She is survived by: her children, Cleophus O'Guinn (Edie) and Melvin O'Guinn (Rosetta); and her siblings, Jimmy Wortham of Okemah, OK and Caldonia Gilbert of Arbeka, OK. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
